~ Currently Reading ~

I’m still chipping away at Mistborn. I’m enjoying it, but I’m definitely taking my time with it. I picked up From the Jump as expected from last week’s WWW and I thought for sure I was going to finish the story in two days but I’ve stalled out at 75% because I don’t feel capable of handling assholery and angst at the moment. Instead, I find myself clearing out some of the novellas that have long been waiting my attention.

~ Recently Finished ~

So four of these books are less than 150 pages so I ripped through them in record time. I’m on the fence about Hendrix’s book and I’ll share my thoughts later this week. You can read my thoughts on The Governess Affair (here) and Once Upon a Winter’s Eve (here) on Goodreads.

What Will I Read Next?

Echoes of Guilt is next up. I chose it for a reading challenge prompt and I’ve been meaning to get to it for ages. Beyond that I have my eyes on The Switch by Beth O’Leary and an arc of The Fixer Upper by Lauren Forsythe.
