I’m beginning to wonder if Kerrigan Byrne will ever write something I’m not a huge fan of. The Earl of Christmas Past was such a fun spin on a Victorian holiday haunting! Since reading the teaser at the end of Rogue King, I have been waiting impatiently for Ladon’s story. Truly, I loved this couple! Instead of going with grumpy/sunshine or a similar variation, Owen gives us Ladon and Skylar. Gruff, reserved, with walls around their hearts for days, watching these two complex characters fall in love slowly was a true pleasure.
