Review: A Good Day for Sunshine by Darynda Jones (ARC)

Review: A Good Day for Sunshin..

There is something about the Sunshine Vicram series that just makes me happy and cozy. It has mystery, a bit of fated romance, Gilmore girls-esque mother-daughter banter and love, endearing town residents, all with a bit of tension and danger to finish it off. Buckle in for just one long fan-girly scream because there’s no way I can coherently describe the chaos that is this book. There is so much going on! Jones loves to juggle plot lines and its […]

Review: The Shadows by Alex North (ALC)

Review: The Shadows by Alex No..

I haven’t had the time to completely finish The Whisper Man yet, but when the chance to listen and review Alex North’s The Shadows popped up I had to do it. I loved the first DI Dani Stephens book to the point where I was watching Sinclair’s social media waiting for the cover reveal . It should be no surprise then, that I was absolutely thrilled when offered the chance to read and review Sinclair’s latest book The Rules of Murder (thank you Canelo)! Book one really focused on Dani, her recovery and return to the force. Changing the play in this book, Sinclair launches readers straight into a grisly murder. […]
