I was a bit nervous when my library hold for The Kiss Quotient finally came in. This book received so much hype last year and I haven’t had great luck with hyped Contemporary Romances and honestly it makes me wonder if I am lacking an ability to find things romantic. But then Hoang came along and gifted us with this gem. This delightfully steamy, oh boy is it sexy, tale that has heartwarming and wrenching moments. Michael has certainly joined […]

First and foremost, I thoroughly enjoyed the close look into all the moving parts of the movie industry from a production perspective. I loved that this contemporary romance had the heroine in a place of power. More importantly, I love that each story I have read by Ranald contains an underlying message of empowerment, self-love, and self-care. We all have been Gemma at some point. Flailing about, pretending to be an adult while we apply for job after job, still live with our parents and […]

I am a rather late Christina Lauren convert but that doesn’t make my fangirling any less fervent. Generally, the second chance romance trope isn’t my favorite simply because I wouldn’t go for it myself. I’m not a particularly forgiving person. Yet, if there is any author, or author duo in this case, that will change my mind it would be these talented writers. Twice in a Blue Moon is delightful, heart-wrenching romantic tale that starts with a chance meeting of two […]
