First and foremost, I thoroughly enjoyed the close look into all the moving parts of the movie industry from a production perspective. I loved that this contemporary romance had the heroine in a place of power. I’m sure it happens plenty, but I haven’t come across a female boss lead in a while and I thoroughly enjoyed the change in power structure.
